In Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Last-mile distribution centers were eliminated, saving more than USD 20 million in investment, space and inventory, and enabling a new plant in Colombia.
In more than 250 stores, with 24-hour picking, dispatch and delivery processes, and an inventory reduction of more than COP 5 billion in under a year.
Service levels above 95%, with delivery times cut from 8 to 3.5 days in production and from 7 to 3 days in distribution.
